Tobacco chewing, cigarettes and local made liquor is a major issue among factory workers and poor labourers. YPSS in Jantanagar, Ahmedabad organised a Nukad Natak and shared solutions to overcome intoxication among workers in the area. The program saw tremendous response as many from the crowd were looking for solutions but weren’t able to receive any external help.
Event Experience:
YPSS volunteers organised a nukkad natak followed by activities and motivational speech. ~100 workers with weaker financial background and high rates of intoxication participated in the workshop
